Research Facilities & Building Projects

Under a state-funded initiative during the Governor Gray Davis administration, QB3 helped fund building construction at UCSC, including  the Engineering 2 Building, and the Physical Sciences Building.

QB3 provides support for numerous UC Santa Cruz research facilities including the Flow Cytometry Facilities, the Life Sciences Microscopy Center, the Chemical Screening Center, the Biomolecular Cryo-Em Facility, the Sequencing Technology Center, the DNA Sequencing Core and the CRISPR Core
